Beverlyn Heyward
Born in Atlanta and a proud graduate of Savannah State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Beverlyn Heyward brings over four decades of real estate experience—and heart—to every transaction. Her journey into real estate began with a personal lesson: after purchasing her first two homes, she realized how powerful it is when a Realtor listens, educates, and truly advocates for their clients. That realization shaped her career and continues to guide her today.

Beverlyn specializes in residential real estate and is known for going above and beyond to make sure her clients feel informed, empowered, and genuinely cared for. Her background as a Disbursement Officer and Auditor gave her an eye for detail and integrity—skills she now brings to every contract, negotiation, and closing table.Certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Beverlyn is especially equipped to support military families navigating big transitions.

Outside of work, Beverlyn enjoys dancing, catching a good movie, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Her motto is simple: serve with honesty, care deeply, and always put people first.
